Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation.

Sensitivity Test

A color service may require a 48-hour skin test in advance to check for any allergies, if you have not had your hair coloured with us before, or if it has been over six months since your last coloring appointment.

Sensitivity tests are conducted Monday to Friday. Please call ahead to book an appointment, as walk-in skin tests are subject to availability.

Additional Charges

We charge for any color service where the hair is below the shoulders or extensive roots.

Who Will Cut / Colour My Hair?

At our academy, we have qualified hairdressers who are refreshing their skills, as well as students who are attending beginner’s courses. All of our students are supervised by experts who are highly skilled and passionate about their work.
