A color service may require a 48-hour skin test in advance to check for any allergies, if you have not had your hair coloured with us before, or if it has been over six months since your last coloring appointment.
Sensitivity tests are conducted Monday to Friday. Please call ahead to book an appointment, as walk-in skin tests are subject to availability.
We charge for any cut color service where hair is below the shoulders or has extensive roots.
At our academy, we have qualified hairdressers who are refreshing their skills, as well as students who are attending beginner’s courses. All of our students are supervised by experts who are highly skilled and passionate about their work.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation.
- I agree to arrive on time for the scheduled session and notify Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy in advance if I cannot attend.
- Throughout the session, I will maintain a calm and cooperative demeanor.
- Before the session, I will ensure that my hair is clean and free from lice and nits for the hygiene of individuals and spaces.
- I will complete all necessary beauty and nail services before any scheduled photoshoot or makeup demonstration.
- I understand that Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy, its owners, partners, educators, stylists, students, or model coordinators will not be held responsible if the service outcome doesn’t meet my expectations.
- I acknowledge that individual results of the treatment/service may vary.
- I authorize the student/educator/stylist to use the necessary products for the designated service/treatment.
- I consent to taking photographs before, during, and after the session and grant permission to use these photographs on social media & all internal platforms.
- I agree to adhere to any additional guidelines or instructions provided by Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy during the session.
- As a model, I agree to indemnify and not hold Vipul Chudasama, their agents, licensees, officers, directors, employees, students, and assigns, sister concerns liable for any liability, claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and disbursements, arising from any breach of obligations, warranties, or representations made by me as a model.
