Terms and Conditions
Training Hours
- All courses start on Monday and at 9:00am or 2:00pm on all days unless otherwise stated.
- Course hours/date/month can change depending on the instructions from the Academy Manager without prior notice.
- A strict attendance is mandatory for all Hairdressing & Makeup Courses.
- In case of any absenteeism, the curriculum will not be covered unless the schedule permits and the trainers are available.
General
- All intellectual property in material or course content can be used, reused, or recreated only for internal purposes.
- All course content and material for public usage by any other is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of the management or education manager.
- All content or material is unauthorized for short or long-term course use or resale.
- A student is accepted for enrolment on and subject to the conditions that the student will attend the course on the commencement date, at the time specified in the confirmation letter/ email, which will be sent to the student on receipt of the completed application and appropriate fees.
- Students who are provided with the hairdressing kit will have to take personal care of it till the completion of the course, and no replacement for the kit, in case it is damaged or misplaced by the students.
- Professional hairdressers are requested to carry their own appropriate hairdressing tool kit as per the individual course requirement.
- Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy will not be responsible for your belongings at any time during/after the short-term courses.
- All professional hairdressers must have basic knowledge of cutting and coloring theory and practical knowledge for every short-term course or otherwise stated.
- Any student exceeding the quota for absenteeism without a suitable reason and proof of it, students will not be awarded with a certificate.
- All courses are taught in English or, if needed, in Hindi, Marathi, Swahili & Gujarati. All course materials, books will be provided only in the English langauge.
- Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy will provide non-professional models whenever possible as per the course or schedule.
- During the event of model shortages, the Hair Educator will conduct other educational activities as seen fit. Students are informed and requested that they bring their models if they wish or if it is mandatory to bring models by the students as per the course policy.
- Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy does not guarantee any job placement upon completion of the academy course; however, the student does have the right to approach the educator(s) for the internship to avail of a job opportunity.
- The cleanliness of the Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy is the highest priority, and all students are expected to follow suit with cleanliness measures and clean their workstations as per guidelines set by the Educator.
- If a student cannot attend or complete a confirmed course, no refunds or rescheduled courses will be provided.
- All students/hairdressers are expected to dress suitably. All beginner students and hairdressers must wear black formal or semi-formal attire without prints, logos, or patterns. The color code: Black Only
Complaints & Grievances
At Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy, we value student satisfaction as our top priority. If any student has complaints or grievances, they can approach the academy educator/ manager, who will promptly ensure that the matter is attended to. Once the circumstances and facts have been ascertained, the Educator/Academy Manager will offer the student the necessary feedback or a solution. We are committed to resolving any issues our students may face and providing them with a satisfactory learning experience.
Courses Certification
The certification course offered by Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy requires an average score of 70-80% based on the students’ practical and theoretical capabilities. Participants are expected to maintain proper behavior and attendance during their hair education/salon training. Any issues the students face during their practical or theoretical sessions, and their conduct may result in withholding the certificate, with prior warning, or even being asked to leave the course. Achieving the Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy certificate requires discipline and hard work, and it is accepted nationwide.
Fees & Enrolment
- The course fees need to be paid in full before commencement of all courses, the full payment is due at least two weeks prior to the course start date.
- Course fees may not be credited against a future course, depending on circumstances.
- Full compliance with the payment schedule of the course fee is required as stipulated in the interview. Failing to do so, Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy reserves all rights to withhold student’s participation in all practical hands-on workshop sessions until the said installment is made.
- If the fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee of 1000 rupees per day will be charged to the students.
Refund Rules for Withdrawal with Cause
- Vipul Chudasama Hair & Makeup Academy strictly doesn’t follow refunds in any circumstances.
